Subscription Changes…

As of September all current Subscribers will be given their own mat to bring to class each week. This will be provided in a back sling carry bag. Of course- as always if Subscribers wish to use their own mat then this will not be given. On ending Subscription Service- I ask for this piece of equipment to be returned to Mypilatesflow- many thanks.

Individual Equipment packs (non shared) will be placed in client spaces and collected at the end of each lesson. I ask kindly for these not to be taken home by clients.

Weekly Subscriptions to reactivate in the first week of September- if Bank details have changed over the Summer, I would be most grateful if you could update via ‘Square Up’.
