My second Retreat will be held in the heart of the Forest at the stunning Rhinefield House Hotel. Our Pilates sessions will take place on site in the Castle Suite. There will be 3 classes across the weekend that will feature Classic Mat alongside small props.

As with my first Retreat ( see link above to get a feel for what to expect) I will be offering this weekend on a jig-saw option basis. In other words, out side of the Pilates workshops you can stay at the hotel and join for the meals or just attend the classes and choose your own place of stay.
