Celebrating!

I cannot express my joy at finally completing my Level 3 CAVA qualification! I have been working on this for over the last 10 months and had no idea it would take so long! I thought at the time creating my APP was the most challenging time since starting the Business but this was a truly ardous, painful experience working with an online company with unknown provided learners and vocational syllabus’ out of my comfort zone. This certification will allow me when the timing is right to be a Pilates examiner for trainee teachers. At the moment I just want to put this new piece of paper in a drawer and forget about this future chapter! A big thank you must be given to my dear friend Clare Howard for all her support, acting as one of my Learners for this qualification.

Retreat 3 at Royal William Yard!

A wonderful weekend with my Retreat Goers in Plymouth. The whole array of portable Pilates props were used over the 3 days and some fantastic work was produced! Great food too on both evenings. Here is a little taster of my boutique Retreat and thank you to my clients for allowing me to share their work.

Class Update

Subscriptions for Wednesday and Thursday clients will be on pause for either 1 or two classes this month as mentioned in last month’s post. Some of you are switching classes instead of pausing and I have this covered!

With two Bank Holidays this month- Studio 121/Circuit clients have shortened blocks.

There is one space available for the Thursday early evening class this month at Edmonds Park Pavilion.

All other public group classes are fully booked. Studio spaces are fully booked too.

Circuit Training Manuals

I am in the process of developing separate exercise books for the Studio to cover the Tower/Ladder Barrel and Wunda Chair. Over the last year and half since introducing Circuit Classes, clients have been using the APP for reminders of exercise sequences. With the addition of the physical manuals - I hope this will speed things up with photo prompts…. The first one produced focuses on the Wunda Chair -looking forward to client feed back on whether this works more efficiently- fingers crossed!

Summer Social

To mark the end of Term before the August break- I’d like to put forward going to the Ivy in Oxford for Afternoon Tea on Friday July 24th @ 3pm.
