August Trio Sessions

Had fun today creating lesson plans for the August Trios! Will be utilising lots of props this Summer for those Subscribers signed up for the 3 week block. These will include: foam roller/mini ball/magic circle/sliders/push up bars/ portable reformer bar alongside the good old favourites within the Joseph Pilates Classic Mat repertoire!

Felt good to move today and happy for the week ahead …
